Frank Young has been in the HVAC service and installation business since his high school days in the early 70's. Having gone through numerous on-the-job training courses in the family business and numerous schools and seminars, he has honed his skills as a top-notch service and installation technician as well as a instructor/trainer. Frank has taught many young men the finer skills it takes to diagnose and repair many of today's high efficiency heating and cooling appliances.
To be a top notch professional in this trade one needs to know electrical circuits, plumbing design, pipe fitting, sheet metal fabrication, and thermodynamic design principles, etc. Oil heat, gas heat, heat pumps, or electric, whatever kind of equipment you have, Frank can diagnose and repair that system. If your home comfort appliance needs to be replaced, he will help you find the best solution.
In 1896 George K. Young started a coal distribution business in Southeast Pennsylvania. The business was carried on by Francis P. Young and eventually settled in the Logan section of Philadelphia. When Francis P. Young passed away in 1953 the business was then carried on by George, Frank, John and Joe Young. It was about this time that coal heat was falling out of favor for a newer more modern way to heat, Fuel oil! John Young along with his 3 brothers built up the business as a premiere fuel oil sales and service company.
They knew that to be successful, you had to know how to service, install and repair heating appliances. It was there that Frank Young learned all about the importance of service and maintenance. Today, the Young family continues the tradition of customer service has been built up for over 115 years. Frank's daughters continue to work with him to this day to continue the legacy that their great-grandfather, George K. Young, started way back in 1896.
